Terms & Conditions

The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Europa Consulenze Ltd or “Six & the City” (the trade mark created and owned by Europa Consulenze Ltd.).

“You”/”yours” refers to the guest booking one of the Six & the City services.

“We”/”our”/”us” refers to “Europa Consulenze Ltd.” or “Six & the City” (the trade mark created and owned by Europa Consulenze Ltd.)

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

These booking conditions only apply to the retreat arrangements which you book with us and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you.

Booking & Payment Policy

To make a booking please follow the procedure shown on our website or ask for an offline application form. Where you are under the age of 18 at the time of booking, the application form also needs to be signed by your parent or guardian.

After a confirmation has been emailed to you a payment within 5 working days to secure the reservation is required.

The prices quoted covers only the cost of the planning, the organization and carrying out of the booked service: any other cost is not included, for example:

– Hotel
– Flight tickets
– Meals
– Transfer to and from airport (can be arranged upon request)
– Drinks and beverages
– Travel insurance
– International health insurance
– Cost of passport and visas
– Any other cost not specifically included in the price

We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in quoted prices at any time before your service is confirmed.

Please advise us of any special requests prior to making your booking. Where possible, we will try to meet or arrange for our suppliers to meet any such request.

The agreed itinerary/program is a guide to which we will attempt to adhere, but it may be necessary to alter this at short notice as a result of circumstances or events outside our control such as adverse weather or road conditions or any of those amounting to force majeure, or due to the operating conditions imposed by owners and operators of accommodation, facilities and transport. Your itinerary/program will, however, be the same in content as far as is reasonably possible, unless circumstances beyond our control make this impossible.

Booking Cancellations

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

We suggest you to purchase on your own a travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation: we don’t sell this kind of insurance.

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Six & the City Service, including postponing or rescheduling.

If you cancel your Service, Six & the City does not offer refunds for any reason. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.

Fees are determined by the following schedule:

  • If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Service and/or period.
  • If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Service and/or period. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your service.
  • If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Service and/or period. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
  • If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.


Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

If Six & the City must cancel a booked service for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another service, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.

Six & the City is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled service, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.


Every sale and distribution of photos/videos/images posted on our website, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube or other social media is prohibited.

Please note that we have the right to use the photos/videos/images took during your retreat for promotion and marketing activities (including posting on our website and on all our social medias) and all the rights belong to us.

If you have any concerns please notify us in written form before the event.

We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:


  • your act(s) and/or omission(s); or
  • the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of your retreat and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable; or
  • force majeure


We cannot accept responsibility for any services which do not form part of our contract. This includes, for example, any additional services which any supplier agrees to provide or arrange for you where we have not agreed to provide or arrange these services as part of our contract. Such additional services will include any activities which do not form part of your contracted retreat arrangements which a supplier agrees to provide or arrange for you while you are away.
